the two-day training program, “the light of sales intelligence”of sibada, opened at emperor meeting center, daqing city on june 17. the training is intended to promote the occupationsal capability and sales business ability. dongsheng sales team also takes part in such training.
wang limin from sibada training agency was invited to take the training. during the training, mr. wang gave deeply analysis on the prospective of sales industry and have the sales team affirmed confidence at work. meanwhile, mr. wang detailed the pros and cons of sales industry, and listed three major mistakes in eastablishing targets, and answered relevent key and difficult questions. by the detailed teaching, mr. wang solved the problems of confusement of salespersons and make guidance on the direction of furutre work for them.
such training is an attemption to promote occupaitons skills on the existing basis. all trainees believe that such mode “training communication learning”will benefit more on further promotion of proffectional capability for employees, and hope the company will provide more training opportunities in future.
