each employee will consider how much money we will get if we finish all our work. this situation is particularly evident in our company, because most staff's wages is measured by pieces. they think the more output today, the more wage we will be paid, thus it is easy to overlook some details. as the middle managers of the company, we have the right and the duty to always remind employees "we can't just yield and ignore the details". the yield is to us personally,but products we produced are related to our company's reputation. if only small mistake caused by our employees damaged the company's reputation, our employees can not afford this bad result on his own.our employees should always pay attention to the details of their work, to avoid problems on the details of their work. as the middle managers of the company, we should pour the attention to detail concept into every employee’s mind at each moment, allowing employees to enhance vigilance not neglecting the details of their work. to ensure the quality and appearance of our products meet our customers’ requirements. our corporation will develop farther and farther.
